We are confident you will be overjoyed with your product once it arrives. However, if
there is a problem with the fit or the look, please let us know immediately (within 10 days
of receiving) and we will act to fix it. Please do not send a product back to us without first
letting us know what is wrong, as we may need a picture of you in it to make the needed
adjustments.
We guarantee your product against defects in fitting, design, and surface treatment for
90 days. We also guarantee for life the stitching, grommets, and durability of the leather
corsets under normal wearing conditions. We do not provide a warranty for user error or
on items damaged thru neglect or misuse. We do not warranty the finish against
scratches or damage. (No other warranties expressed or implied. May be subject to local
laws. Void where prohibited.)
We cannot offer returns or refunds on our products to prevent fraudulent orders and
abuse. If there is an issue that cannot be fixed, we will offer you credit towards a future
purchase.
After 90 days, if an issue develops with the fit of a corset we will do our best to remedy it
if possible. This may incur a charge based on the adjustments needed. With many of our
corsets, we can resize based on minor changes in waist size by replacing the back
panels. Larger changes in body shape are not usually possible without ordering another
corset at the new measurements. Please also keep in mind that there should be a gap
between the lacing panels of 1 to 4 inches, so you can adjust to normal fluctuations by
simply loosening or tightening the laces.
The leather corset laces will most likely wear out over time, and should be replaced as a
normal expense of the user. The top most or bottom most stitch of the seams may come
untied thru normal use. This will not affect the structural integrity of the corset and
should simply be retied or clipped off.
